It started with
one good question.

A mutual friend introduced us on a summer evening in Oakland. Paul asked Teneca what song could always make her dance—and somehow, five hours of conversation followed.

Since then, our life has been a collection of Sunday breakfasts, passport stamps, family gatherings, and the kind of laughter that makes a place feel like home.
